Combined open and arthroscopic approaches in hip preservation surgery

Beyond the recent advances of intra-articular hip arthroscopy, this review article introduces endoscopic assisted osteotomies including periacetabular osteotomy and shelf acetabuloplasty, management for snapping hip and nerve entrapment in the deep gluteal space using innovative strategies.
