Dr. Wei Chai graduated from Second Military Medical School, Shang Hai (MD). He gained PHD in Postgraduate Medical School of, Beijing. He did adult reconstruction fellowship at Brigham & Women Hospital in Boston，Harvard Medical School and Hospital for Special Surgery New York respectively.
Dr. Wei Chai is Attending Surgeon in Department of Adult Reconstruction, PLA General Hospital, 301 Orthopaedic Hospital Beijing and he is a very experienced surgeon in total hip and total knee surgery, he performs around 400 cases a year. He pay special interests in DDH patients and does scientific research on Regenerative Medicine and genetic study for avascular necrosis of femoral head and ankylosing spondylitis patients.
Dr. Chai serves on several societies, President of Youth Committed of Chinese Association of Orthopaedic Society，Committee member of Arthroplasty (Board Member), Chinese Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Member of Chinese Medical Doctor Association Member of Chinese Medical Association.
